Alisa TenHoopen
CEO
Alisa’s instructional experience has been in urban and suburban traditional public and charter school systems. Throughout her years of instruction, she has been awarded greatly by parents, students, colleagues, and the community. Staff and Student votes have acknowledged Alisa for Teacher Initiative Award, Outstanding Involvement, Outstanding School Participation, and Favorite Teacher. Dow Corning Corporation and DAPCEP awarded Alisa as, “Teacher who most inspires students to pursue science and mathematics”. She was given a Certificate of Recognition from Robert Ficano, Wayne County Executive. As a first year administrator, Alisa received rave reviews from a state representative for the Freshman Academy at MTA High School. Lastly, the NCA Acknowledgement Award for Outstanding QAR Participation was issued to her.
